Andrei is a co-founder and Chief Operations Officer at Astria, bringing his experience navigating industries with complex regulatory frameworks, particularly in healthcare and government procurement areas.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Economics (2016), Andrei is a strong advocate for systems-oriented thinking and applying an entrepreneurial growth-mindset to address challenges.

While completing his J.D. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law (2021), Andrei served as Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, President of the Health Law Society, and maintained membership in the Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF). Prior to law school, he gained invaluable experience working at PwC and later served in the FP&L department of a private equity portfolio company, specializing in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for ambulatory and hospital clients.
