Before transitioning to the private sector, Wayne proudly served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division participating in numerous deployments in a combat role. Wayne is also Ranger qualified, and has experience training and deploying with the U.S. Army's Special Operations Forces.

Holding a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master's in Military Art and Science from the School of Advanced Military Studies, Wayne's educational background complements his professional expertise. Based in Central Florida, he is dedicated to fostering strategic partnerships and expanding Astria's reach in the industry.

In his personal time, Wayne cherishes moments spent with his family and enjoys pursuing his passion for golf whenever the opportunity arises.
